PRIVACY NOTICE

Your project information

When you contact EMC Solve, we receive the name, email address, company (if provided), service selection and project details that you submit. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential engineering support.

Where the information goes

Enquiries are stored on our application server and emailed to our contact inbox using SMTP2GO. Only authorised access to the private workspace can view saved enquiries. Information is not published on this website.

Email correspondence

We retain enquiry details and correspondence while they are needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement. To ask about your information or request deletion, contact us or reply to our correspondence.

If you receive an introductory email and do not want a follow-up, reply and let us know.

Activity in outgoing emails

New emails sent from our private workspace contain an image and individual links that let us record image loads and link visits, including counts, times and which link was visited. This activity is associated with the email recipient and stored privately on our application server. Images may be blocked or loaded automatically, and links may be visited by email security software, so these events do not prove a person read or clicked. Contact-form notification emails are not tracked. To ask about these records or request deletion, reply to our email.

Browser storage and the interactive display

The public website uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your language choice is saved locally in your browser. The private workspace uses HTTP Basic Authentication and does not set a session cookie. The oscilloscope demonstration runs locally in your browser and does not collect measurement data or transmit your interaction.

Technical requests

Your network address is used temporarily to limit repeated form submissions and sign-in attempts. Our hosting infrastructure may keep operational request logs to maintain the service.
